Managing website changes and support requests for all your care plan clients can become particularly difficult as you grow, or even just when things get busy. I’ve never really had a formal process for managing care plan support requests, so I’ve spent some time to try to create one and I think I landed on the best balance of simplicity and not reinventing the wheel. It was important to me not to introduce new tools, new costs, or any extra difficulty for clients.
We already use Basecamp for all of our project management and clients don’t even need to login to Basecamp, they can just reply directly to the emails they receive. So, this video shows how I’ve created a simple and effective process for managing care plan support requests for our clients.
